1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with 199bat. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 199bat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any payment method details required during account setup or verification. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information is a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 199bat will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials. You must notify 199bat support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

3.4 Account Ownership

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer , assign, or otherwise deal in your 199bat account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it. Any attempt to transfer or sell an account will result in immediate permanent closure of all involved accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 199bat are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be stated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method applies unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, or the use of automated tools — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the 199bat sportsbook are final once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to verify all details of a bet — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. 199bat does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been confirmed, except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred.

6.2 Manifest Errors

Where a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including obviously incorrect odds, incorrect market descriptions, or technical faults — 199bat reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake. A manifest error is defined as an error that is so obvious that a reasonable player would recognise it as incorrect at the time the bet was placed.

6.3 Market Suspension and Voiding

199bat reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to events outside the platform's control such as match abandonment, weather interruptions, competition rule changes, or information received that may affect the integrity of the event. Where a match is abandoned before reaching the threshold defined in the applicable sport's rules, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets. These limits are stated within each market and may vary by sport, competition, and bet type. 199bat reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts for any player where it determines that restrictions are necessary to protect the platform's commercial interests.

6.5 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets at 199bat cover BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series. In-play cricket betting is subject to the prevailing match status at the time the bet is accepted. Ball-by-ball latency may apply and 199bat cannot be held responsible for bets placed based on publicly available information that is ahead of the platform's live data feed.

7. Casino Game Rules

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by 199bat

199bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; provision of false registration information; and any conduct that 199bat determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or detrimental to other players.

9.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 199bat account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

9.3 Effect of Closure

Upon permanent account closure, all associated bonus balances, promotional credits, and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned as described above. Closed accounts may not be reopened except at 199bat's sole discretion following a formal review.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 199bat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond the platform's reasonable control.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately secure your credentials.
• Decisions made by you based on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or commentary.

199bat's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Amendments to These Terms

199bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments that are minor in nature, such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, may take effect immediately.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applicable to the jurisdiction under which 199bat operates. In the event of any dispute between you and 199bat arising out of or in connection with these terms, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 199bat from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
